About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Telgrow, LLC (“Telgrow,” “we,” “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on telgrow.ai, demo.telgrowth.com and any other website we operate that links to this page (the “Site”).
The short version: the Site sets one cookie, and only when you open a link that chooses a brand look. Our hosting provider may set security cookies to protect the Site from bots. The Site does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer or phone when you visit. They help websites work, remember your preferences and keep sites secure.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by other companies, often to recognize your device across different websites for analytics or advertising. The Site does not use third-party cookies of that kind.
The cookie we set
The Site can show its pages in more than one brand look. If you open a link to the Site that contains “?brand=” followed by a brand name, the Site sets one first-party cookie:
- Name: brand
- Purpose: remembers which brand look to show you on later visits
- Type: functional, first-party and persistent
- How long it lasts: one year, unless you delete it sooner
- What it contains: only the name of the brand look, not any information about you
If you never open a link containing “?brand=”, this cookie is not set. The Site sets no other cookies.
Security cookies Cloudflare may set
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and automated abuse. When Cloudflare’s bot protection runs, it may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as one named “__cf_bm,” to tell people apart from bots. These cookies are set by Cloudflare as our service provider, are used to secure the Site, and are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites. Cloudflare’s own documentation describes the cookies it sets.
What we do not use
The Site does not use:
- analytics or performance tracking cookies or scripts;
- advertising or retargeting cookies, pixels or tags;
- social media buttons, plugins or tracking;
- web beacons (also called pixels or clear GIFs);
- session replay tools that record how you move around a page;
- browser storage (such as local storage) to track you; or
- content embedded from other companies, such as videos or maps.
The Site’s fonts are hosted on the Site itself, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.
If we add other cookies or any of these technologies, we will update this policy.
Your choices
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies in their settings. Many accept cookies by default until you change your settings.
- Blocking or deleting the brand cookie only means the Site shows its default look. Everything else on the Site works the same.
- Blocking Cloudflare’s security cookies may cause Cloudflare to ask you to complete a security check before it lets a request through.
You will need to change these settings in each browser and on each device you use.
More about your information
For more about how we collect, use and share information, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies or technologies we use change. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do, so please check back from time to time.
